How to Create an new Authorization
To create an authorization, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Case Screen:
If you're not already on the Case Screen, locate and select the appropriate case.
Add Authorization:
Click Add Authorization.
Confirm the patient’s name and case details.
Enter Details:
Add the payer name, authorization number, supervising provider, and relevant dates.
Input the diagnosis and CPT codes.
Associate a Referral:
Check if a referral is required and link it to the case.
Save the Authorization:
Review and click Save.
