The plan of care status will help you track which plan of cares still has outstanding signatures/certifications. The status can be updated using two different methods.

By uploading the signed plan of care to the documents file cabinet the plan of care status will automatically update.
1. From the patient profile, click "Documents"
2. Navigate to "Certified Plans of Care"
3. Click "Add document"
4. Navigate to the patients case
5. The plan of care status has moved to "Certified"

In some situations you will need to manually update the plan of care status:
1. Click the applicable Plan of Care
2. Click "Set Status"
3. Click "Signed"
