A lost patient report shows a list of every ACTIVE case which does not have a future appointment. If a patient has multiple active cases, they can show up on this report multiple times.
Primary Provider
The provider listed in the most recent plan of care on this case. If this is blank, no plan of care was every established.
Last Appointment Date
This is the last appointment that is checkedIn or Scheduled. Cancelled or rescheduled appointments do not count.
Days Since Last Appt
The numbers of days since the case was last treated
Any patients who have not been seen in a long time, should be discharged. This can be done via the Quick Discharge.
