Accessing the Patient Portal
To view and share your practice’s patient portal:
Go to Admin Setup > Branding.
Use the Patient Portal link to:
Preview the portal experience.
Embed the link on your website.
Share it via email or text messages for easy patient access.
Sending Patient Statements
Navigate to the patient’s profile and click the Financials tab.
Select More Actions > Account Statement.
Customize the statement by:
Setting a due date or choosing “Due Upon Receipt.”
Including pending charges, if applicable.
Excluding $0 balance dates of service.
Choose to:
Print the statement.
Email the statement directly to the patient.
Add a subject line.
Paste the payment link.
Send the message.
Patient Experience
After logging into the patient portal, patients can view:
Upcoming appointments
Pending paperwork
Account balance
They can pay their bill by:
Adding a credit or debit card on file
Paying the full balance or making a partial payment
