New Features

Accident Date and Case Type

  • Accident date can now be set inside the case when creating or editing the case.

  • You can also set the accident type (workers comp or auto).

  • Data will populate in electronic claims and/or CMS1500 forms

  • Added an edit button to the case screen

**Users who are currently storing accident date in their clinical note, should move these to the case**

Medicare Secondary Payer

  • If Medicare is the secondary payer you can now pick the MSP code. When a note is submitted, this will now be on the claim.

  • You can also edit this on the individual claim screen.

Reports

  • Added Patient's Home Location to the payments report - While payments don't have a location, we have added the home location of the patient. If the same patient is seen at multiple locations, this field is not recommend for use.

  • Missing ERA Report - New report tab added to the Aging Insurance report. New tab called "Missing ERAs". This report will show you any claims you have submitted but have not gotten an ERA response for.

  • Working List Report - New report tab added to the Aging Insurance that provides inside into denied / rejected claims and the last time they were "worked".

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed situation where some plan of care end dates were not auto calculated when recertifying

  • Fixed situation where some eval codes did not get the KX modifier

  • Fixed an issue where some faxes got stuck in pending.

  • Fixed an issue where CMS1500 forms would not populate when special characters were used ($@&!^)

  • Fixed an issue where PDFs could not long be "regenerated"

  • Resolved issue where some refunds would timeout.
