Unpost EOBs
You now have the ability to unpost EOBs.
Unlink Claims
If Patient Studio's system links an EOB to the wrong claim, you can now unlink the EOB from the claim.
Link Claims
If Patient Studio's automated linking "can't find claim" you can now manually search for this.
Link Codes
If an insurance sends back a CPT code that does not match the claim, users can now manually link the code.
Negative Insurance Warning
We will now warn the user when posting an EOB that will create a negative balance.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where intake paperwork was not populating in the patient chart
Fixed activity log not loading with some patients
Fixed a scenario where provider could not recertify or edit a plan of care
