Provider Dashboard

This article explains each of the metrics you’ll find on the Provider Dashboard and how to interpret them.

1. Today & Monthly Metrics

  • Units: The number of units billed for appointments

  • Evals: Number of evaluation notes written and submitted

  • Units Per Visit: The total number of units divided by the total number of appointments. Does not include internal or canceled / rescheduled appointments.

  • Appts Scheduled: Appointments scheduled for the month.

Note: If no data is shown, you can assume the metric equals 0.


2. Your Lost Patients

The amount of all cases where you are the primary provider on the plan of care, and the patient has been seen but has no future appointments scheduled.


3. Code Utilization

Displays the treatment codes you’ve used for appointments in the last 30 days, and the percentage of that code versus all codes used

  • Percentages are based on units, not charges.

  • Helps track the mix of codes you are using across visits.


4. Evaluations vs Appointments

This graph shows the number of total appointments in each month and breaks down how many evaluations vs non evaluation:

  • Evaluations are based on how many evaluation note types you have written in each month.

  • Any note written will be included as a non evaluation.


5. CarePlan Visit Frequency

Shows any new plans of care (where you are the primary provider) created in the last 90 days.

  • Breaks down how often you schedule visits for those plans (ex: 2x/week, 3x/week).


6. Units Per Visit Over Time

This graph shows total units divided by total appointments for each month stretching back 12 months.


7. Units Over Time

This graph shows total number of billed units for appointments in each month stretching back 12 months.


8. Active Patients - What you are treating

These are all patients with active cases.

  • Body parts are based on the primary diagnosis code (DX) in the most recent plan of care.


9. Patient Breakdown

Shows a breakdown of age and gender for all active patients. Active patients are defined as those with an active case.

  • Age ranges

  • Gender distribution
