Instructions for completing PCI Questionnaire

Patient Studio has partnered with Pay Engine to provide a seamless payment processing experience for you and your patients.

🚫 Failure to complete this will result in additional monthly fees for non PCI compliance. These fees do not come from Patient Studio and can't not be refunded.

This is a guide to help you answer some of the tougher questions on the questionnaire.

Step 1

Q. Mechant ID

A. You can find your merchantID by logging into your PayEngine Merchant Portal. This is the email and password you setup when you first setup your merchant account.

Q. Do you use PayEngine's hosted payment page or secure iframe-based components for all payment processing?

A. Yes

Q. Do you confirm that you do not electronically store, process, or transmit any cardholder data?

A. Yes.
