A New Home For Your Faxes

We’ve added a dedicated Fax experience to the Patient Studio Inbox, bringing your fax activity into one organized place.

From the new Inbox menu, you can quickly switch between SMS and Fax, making it easier to stay on top of patient communications without jumping between different parts of Patient Studio.

Your outbound fax history is now available directly from the Inbox. You can easily:

Clinics with inbound faxing enabled can also receive and review incoming faxes from the same place, keeping sent and received documents together in one workflow.

When you open a fax, you can take action on the document directly from the preview.

You can print or download the fax whenever you need a copy outside Patient Studio.

For received faxes, you can also save the document directly to a patient’s Documents, choosing the patient and the appropriate folder, so important records stay connected to the right patient and are easy to find later. No need to download the fax and upload it again manually.

Inbound faxing is optional and can be enabled for your clinic. You can get a new fax number through Patient Studio or work with us to port an existing fax number.
