The Patient Metrics tab focuses on balances owed by patients rather than insurance. It helps you monitor outstanding patient responsibilities, spot credits, and identify where follow-up may be needed.

2.1 Aging Buckets

  • Claims in collections will not appear in this list.

Tip: Click any number to filter and view all claims within that specific aging range.

Use this view to quickly identify and prioritize patients with larger balances for collection or follow-up.

2.3.1 How to Fix Over Collected Claims

To fix over collected claims users can transfer the credit from this claim to another claim or patient balance as needed. Learn How to Transfer Patient Credit.

2.4 Patient Aging Claims List
