You can now create and manage recurring appointments directly from the calendar.
What this means for you:
Set appointments to repeat daily, weekly, or on custom schedules
Edit individual occurrences or the full series
Reduce repetitive scheduling work
Maintain consistency for long-term treatment plans
This feature helps clinics manage ongoing care more efficiently and reduces manual scheduling time.
⏳ Waitlist is Live
You can now manage patients waiting for appointment availability.
With the new Waitlist you can:
Add patients with preferred time windows
Specify preferred provider or location (or leave as “Any”)
Move patients directly from Waitlist to the Calendar
Track waitlist status (Waiting, Scheduled, Lost)
This helps reduce missed opportunities and improves fill rates for open slots.
